**IMMEDIATE JOINERS
The Franchise Development Executive will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all / assigned franchise and peripheral centres. The role involves ensuring smooth business operations, driving admissions growth, maintaining operational compliance, enhancing centre performance, and building strong relationships with Centre Directors, Coordinators, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and business development skills while being comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Franchise Relationship Management
- Act as the primary relationship manager for all assigned franchise and partner centres.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Centre Directors, Coordinators, and key stakeholders.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalations promptly.
- Ensure franchisees receive timely support and guidance.
Ø Business Growth & Revenue Enhancement
- Drive admissions growth across all assigned centres.
- Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion performance.
- Develop and execute centre-specific growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and market penetration.
- Assist centres in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Ø Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all centres.
- Monitor implementation of SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Conduct operational audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure proper execution of academic and non-academic processes.
Ø Lead Management & Admissions Support
- Distribute and monitor leads generated by the organization.
- Track lead follow-ups and conversion activities.
- Review counselling quality and admission processes.
- Support centres in improving conversion ratios.
Ø Training & Development
- Conduct regular training sessions for Centre Coordinators, Counsellors, and support staff.
- Train teams on sales processes, CRM usage, student management, and SOP implementation.
- Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans.
- Ensure consistency in service delivery across centres.
Ø Performance Monitoring
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings.
- Monitor centre KPIs and performance metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and improvement action plans.
- Track admissions, revenue, collections, attendance, and operational compliance.
Ø Branch Visits & Centre Audits
- Conduct regular centre visits to ensure quality standards.
- Review infrastructure, branding, student experience, and operational efficiency.
- Submit detailed visit reports with observations and recommendations.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented within defined timelines.
Ø Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate between Head Office departments and franchise centres.
- Ensure smooth communication regarding academic schedules, marketing campaigns, examinations, and events.
- Facilitate timely resolution of inter-departmental issues.
Ø Student & Parent Experience
- Ensure high-quality student and parent engagement.
- Take appropriate steps to manage student grievance
- Monitor complaint resolution and service standards.
- Work with centres to improve retention and satisfaction rates.
Ø Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of meetings, visits, performance reviews, and action plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Track centre-wise performance dashboards and improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in any sales and operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to handle multiple centres simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
