We are looking for a Warehouse Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse and logistics operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of blue-collar and entry-level operational staff while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and local recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Schedule walk-in drives, campus hiring, and bulk recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
- Build relationships with local colleges, training institutes, and recruitment partners.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or blue-collar hiring.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala for recruitment drives when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
