Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating physical products— Not UI/UX or Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the lighting and product design industry, working on concept-to-production development of lighting fixtures.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop innovative lighting products from concept to final prototype
* Create 3D models, renders, and technical drawings
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility
* Research materials, finishes, and lighting trends
* Participate in prototyping, testing, and product iterations
* Maintain design documentation and specifications
Requirements
* 0–1 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged)
* Background in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
* Proficiency in Blender, SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360
* Strong interest in physical product creation and lighting design
* Basic understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and form development
* Good problem-solving and creative thinking skills
