AG FinTax is looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to lead AI implementation across Tax, Accounting, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities
5+ years of Python development experience
Strong experience with Agentic AI & AI Agents
Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
Expertise in Prompt Engineering & AI Workflow Design
LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks
RAG, MCP & AI Tool Calling
FastAPI/Django, REST APIs & Webhooks
PostgreSQL/MySQL & Vector Databases
Docker, Git & AWS
n8n, Make.com or workflow automation tools
AI-assisted (“vibe”) coding using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar tools
Strong understanding of business processes and automation
1+ years of work experience with Django
