Job Summary
The Parent Relations & Fee Coordinator is responsible for managing communication with parents regarding fee payments, maintaining accurate fee records, and supporting the team in day-to-day financial coordination tasks. The role ensures smooth fee collection processes while maintaining positive and professional relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact parents/guardians regarding pending or overdue fee payments in a polite and professional manner
- Share fee reminders, due dates, and payment instructions through calls & messages
- Maintain and update student fee records accurately in our software systems
- Assist in preparing fee reports, outstanding lists, and collection summaries
- Coordinate with the senior officer for escalations and approvals
- Respond to parent queries related to fees, receipts, and payment schedules
- Issue follow-up reminders and ensure timely fee collection
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and student information at all times
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in local language and basic English
- Polite, patient, and professional telephone manner
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, or school software)
- Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain records accurately
- Prior experience in school administration or accounts preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
