Job Role:
- Handle and manage a team of education counselors / sales executives
- Ensure team achieves admission and revenue targets
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion
- Support team in counselling, objection handling, and admission closure
- Track team performance and maintain reports on CRM
- Train, motivate, and guide team members for better productivity
Required Skills:
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong counselling / sales closing ability
- Team handling and target management
- Knowledge of CRM and lead follow-up process
- Ability to work under pressure
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
