Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending and interacting with visitors at our showroom or factory, showcasing our range of products, providing relevant information to help clients with the selection, providing detailed quotations, and guiding clients throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and key industry professionals.
- Maintain regular networking to strengthen brand presence in the market.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and experience center visits.
- Manage the complete relationship journey from introduction to project engagement.
- Convert professional relationships into long-term business opportunities.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, industry events, and professional forums.
- Develop strong knowledge of products and market positioning.
- Ensure timely follow-up and continuous stakeholder communication.
- Track market trends, upcoming projects, and industry developments.
- Travel to various brick stores to interact with sales teams and learn and train them periodically.
- Work with ownership, patience, and a long-term business approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Master's Degree in relevant field.
- Preference will be given to experienced and presentable candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and architects.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Odoo CRM software.
