Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional personality, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to manage front desk operations efficiently while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.
- Process billing, payments, invoices, and receipts accurately.
- Address patient concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
