Job Profile Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Process Associate - PAN NRI to manage and support NRI customer profiles and related service requests. The candidate will handle customer communication, understand customer requirements, draft professional emails, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage NRI customer profiles and related service requirements.
· Verify and review customer information and documents as per internal processes.
· Handle customer queries through email and approved communication channels.
· Draft professional, clear, and grammatically correct customer and internal emails.
· Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technical, and other internal teams.
· Handle escalations professionally and follow up until resolution.
· Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
· Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer-handling procedures.
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer data.
Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication.
· Strong email drafting and customer handling skills.
· NRI/international customer exposure preferred.
· Knowledge of an international language is an added advantage.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, email platforms, CRM/ERP systems, and web applications.
· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, ownership, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills·
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal); knowledge of regional languages (Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) preferred.
Awareness of current affairs and geopolitical trends across India, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Europe, to ensure culturally aware and locally relevant applicant support.
· Strong customer handling, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and resolve queries professionally.
· Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Experience handling NRI or international customers.
· Knowledge of KYC, customer verification, document verification, financial operations.
· Strong email communication and professional writing skills.
· Ability to work with international customers and different time zones, if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
