Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles Responsibilities:
Accounting month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts treasury, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Actively involve in adherence to set EHS norms in the Plant Responsibilities:
Finance Coordinate and complete annual audits Provide recommendations Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.Preparation of MRN-1 Analysis Report Meet financial accounting objectives Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Be actively involved in the company’s financial planning Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.) Manage vendor relationships Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports Monitor and oversee the company’s finance IT system Proven working experience as Accounting Manager Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies Manage team of financial controllers and financial analyst
Skills Required to perform duty effectively :
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases, SAP Ability to monitor & analyze large amounts of data Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations Proven ability to supervise Team Members
PG degree in Accounting / Inter CA is a must High attention to detail and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
