Key Responsibilities
- Shift Operations
- Oversee operators (mixing, freezer, packing) and helpers.
- Ensure production plan for the shift is executed.
- Monitor raw material usage vs output.
- Quality & Compliance
- Enforce hygiene, GMP, FSSC/HACCP practices during shift.
- Check in-process parameters (mix temperature, overrun, hardness).
- Ensure no cross-contamination, proper allergen handling.
- Manpower Handling
- Allocate work to operators and helpers.
- Supervise cleaning & sanitation after runs.
- Report attendance and discipline issues to PM/HR.
- Coordination
- Liaise with Quality Control for approvals.
- Coordinate with Cold Room Incharge for blast freezing/hardening room availability.
- Inform Maintenance immediately for breakdowns.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain shift production logs (batch no, output, wastage, downtime).
- Report yield variances, machine stoppages, or unusual incidents.
- Hand over pending tasks/issues to next shift supervisor.

Experience:
- Food production: 2 years (Preferred)
