Key Responsibilities
- Patient Registration & Check-In: Welcoming patients, verifying insurance details, and updating medical records.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments for various departments.
- Customer Service: Acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Managing phone calls, directing patient flow, and maintaining an organized, clean reception area.
- Billing & Insurance: Assisting with billing inquiries and coordinating with third-party administrators.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to handle diverse patient types.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, including hospital information systems and scheduling software.
- Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Typically a high school diploma or equivalent, often with preference for candidates with a certificate in hospital front desk operations.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
