Qualification
- MBBS (Mandatory)
- MD / DNB in General Medicine or Critical Care
- Candidates with additional Critical Care training (DM Critical Care / IDCCM / IFCCM / Fellowship in Critical Care) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Conduct daily ICU and General Medicine rounds.
- Diagnose and treat adult medical patients in IPD and Emergency.
- Manage ventilator-supported and critically ill patients.
- Perform emergency stabilization and critical care procedures as per clinical privileges.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow NABH protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in ICU and General Medicine.
