We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote and sell our bakery products, including bread, buns, rusk, biscuits, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG or bakery sales and be capable of developing strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by visiting retail stores, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat orders.
- Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, bakery, or food product sales (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within Lucknow and nearby areas.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and WhatsApp for reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
