*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Payday Loan Collections Executive to manage delinquent customer accounts and recover outstanding loan balances. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain compliance while achieving collection targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Contact customers with overdue payday loan accounts through phone calls, SMS, email, and other approved communication channels.
* Negotiate repayment arrangements and settlement plans with borrowers.
* Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up on promised payments.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities in the system.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and fair debt collection practices.
* Identify customers facing financial hardship and recommend suitable repayment solutions.
* Escalate complex cases, fraud concerns, or legal recovery matters to the appropriate teams.
* Meet monthly collection targets, recovery rates, and productivity metrics.
* Work closely with customer service, underwriting, and operations teams to resolve account issues.
* Generate collection reports and provide updates on portfolio performance.
*Required Qualifications*
* Minimum 12th pass.
* 1–3 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, payday loans, microfinance, fintech lending, or financial services.
* Experience handling delinquent loan portfolios is preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and collection management systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.
