Salary
- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Performance-Based Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Preferred Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad (Candidates from other cities are also welcome to apply.)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Identify and acquire new hotel and property partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch Xipper's solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Visit client locations or properties whenever required.
- Maintain sales records and update CRM/MIS regularly.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the regional language of the assigned location is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Sales/Business Development experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Willing to travel for field/property visits.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
