Department: Retail Marketing
Experience: Minimum Experience - 2 Years+ in techno Sales / BD / Lead Generation & Conversion in cement industry or building material, Grey Cement
Qualification – Diploma or B. Tech in Civil
Responsibilities:-
· Daily meetings with IHB – (Individual House Builders), Influencers (masons, Contractors & engineers) in the assigned region to generate Sales for TMT Bars as per the Monthly targets assigned.
· Enrollment of Engineers, masons & Contractors & IHB in the company’s CRM system
· Ensure all visits are completed as per the PJP (Pre-journey plan) assigned by the Manager. There must be minimum 8 unique visits to be completed per day.
· Update all visit reports in CRM system.
· Conducting local meets for Masons, Engineers, Contractors, Architects Etc.
· Candidates must have their own two-wheeler for Market visits (reimbursement as per company policy)
Salary: 8LPA
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
