- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare manpower planning and hiring strategies.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct performance appraisal and KPI review processes.
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Develop career progression and succession planning.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor HR MIS, reports, and employee databases.
- Prepare HR budgets and control HR-related expenses.
- Coordinate exit interviews and full & final settlements.
- Implement HR automation, HRMS, and process improvements.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
- Support organizational culture and company values.
- Monitor employee productivity and workforce planning.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower and performance management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
