We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end testing delivery, governance, and quality assurance across enterprise applications. The Test Manager will be responsible for test strategy, planning, execution oversight, automation alignment, and client sign-off coordination, ensuring high-quality releases and compliance with delivery standards. The role also emphasizes AI-enabled quality insights, test optimization, and stakeholder governance. Must-Have Skills • Strong expertise in: o Test management and delivery governance o Test planning, execution tracking, and reporting • Experience in: o Managing SIT/UAT cycles and client sign-off coordination • Strong understanding of: o Defect management lifecycle and quality metrics • Experience with: o Automation-aligned testing (Robot Framework preferred exposure) • Strong capability in: o Risk management and stakeholder communication • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
