Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales inbound sales)
About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Sales processes. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while providing clear information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs, clarify details, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
- Meet and exceed performance and sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary).
- Age criteria: 18 to 30 years.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong ability to handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
