We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Linux systems, Kubernetes, virtualization, networking, storage, security, and cloud platforms.
This is a hands-on architecture role requiring excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure architectures.
- Develop enterprise standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Design compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and security platforms.
- Architect High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
- Lead Linux platform deployments and system engineering initiatives.
- Design and manage Kubernetes platforms and containerized environments.
- Implement Docker and modern container technologies.
- Architect databases, caching systems, middleware, and application hosting platforms.
- Perform infrastructure assessments, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.
- Implement security hardening, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams on modernization initiatives.
- Mentor technical teams and review infrastructure designs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Architecture.
- Strong Linux administration experience.
- Expertise in Kubernetes within production environments.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, and Load Balancing.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale infrastructure with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation experience.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and container platforms.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging solutions.
- Relevant Linux, Kubernetes, Cloud, or Infrastructure certifications.
Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
