Job Summary
New Look Laser Clinic is seeking a skilled SEO Executive to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance search performance across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search platforms.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, website management, and basic web development/customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize website pages for improved organic search visibility and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to grow qualified traffic.
- Monitor, track, and improve rankings for target keywords and landing pages.
- Implement on-page, technical, and local SEO best practices.
- Create new web pages, landing pages, and SEO-focused content structures.
- Make website updates, modifications, and basic customizations as required.
- Improve website performance, indexing, crawlability, and user experience.
- Optimize content and website structure for visibility across AI-powered search experiences and answer engines.
- Conduct website audits and identify opportunities for SEO growth.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives.
- Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and website optimization.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Ability to create and edit web pages independently.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website customization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of AI search trends, structured data, and modern search optimization techniques is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with healthcare, aesthetics, skincare, or local business SEO.
- Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and conversion optimization.
- Experience optimizing websites for both search engines and AI-generated search results.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,755.17 per month
