- Patient Management: Conduct daily rounds, assess vitals, diagnose complex conditions, and adjust treatments for multi-organ failure, sepsis, and respiratory distress.
- Procedures: Perform and supervise interventions like intubations, central line placements, arterial lines, and mechanical ventilation management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Academics & Mentorship: Train and supervise junior doctors (JRs), interns, and undergraduate medical students.
- Communication: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and provide clear updates to patients' families.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure safe patient handovers across rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
