Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphics Mentor cum Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating graphic design materials while also mentoring students and supporting their learning journey in graphic design.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Create visually appealing graphics based on project requirements.
Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
Edit and improve existing creative materials.
Deliver assigned design tasks within deadlines.
Mentoring
Guide and support students in graphic design concepts and software tools.
Review assignments and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor student progress and assist in skill development.
Support students in completing projects and building portfolios.
Encourage creativity and professional growth among students.
Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Good communication and mentoring abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
Preferred Qualities
Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
