Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, execution-driven AI Video Content Creator & Editor to produce high-volume, marketing-ready videos using AI tools (voice cloning, generative video, avatars, editing automation, etc.). This role sits at the intersection of modern video editing, creative storytelling, and generative AI workflows. The ideal candidate understands how to operate advanced tools like ElevenLabs for voices and AI video editors (Runway/OpusClip/Kling/Synthesia-like tech) to produce polished content with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Produce high-volume, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with engaging hooks, pacing, and visuals.
- Use AI tools to generate visuals, avatars, voiceovers, scripts, and enhanced assets.
- Create promotional content that reflects brand voice, messaging, and campaign goals.
AI Workflow Execution
- Use AI voice generation tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) for voiceovers, including cloning or replication where needed.
- Operate AI video generation frameworks and editing assistants to streamline production workflows.
- Edit, refine, and package AI outputs into polished final videos with captions, motion elements, effects, and optimized pacing.
Platform & Growth Optimization
- Optimize videos for different social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) including aspect ratios, retention strategies, and hooks.
- Perform basic A/B testing of formats and creative choices to drive retention and engagement.
Collaboration & Scaling
- Collaborate with founders, content writers, and marketing teams to align content with campaign strategies.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and workflows to support future scaling and team growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of video editing or AI content creation experience (editorial, marketing, or social media focus).
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools & workflows used for video content (voice generation, AI video platforms, avatar creation, etc.).
- Proficiency with standard editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to create short, high-retention videos for social platforms with strong hooks and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage time effectively and produce consistent output under deadlines.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and performance metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
