About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager – Sales to lead and drive our sales strategy in the System Integration industry, with a focus on hardware sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT infrastructure, networking solutions, or related hardware products and should be capable of managing high-performance sales teams and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent high performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within the hardware and system integration market.
Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, technical, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
Drive customer acquisition, account management, and retention initiatives.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all internal processes and client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in sales of hardware products (IT infrastructure,
networking, servers, storage, etc.), preferably within the system integration industry.
Proven leadership experience with strong team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strategic relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
