About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead the organization's global IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and digital transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role is responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available technology platforms while enabling business growth through modern IT practices, AI adoption, automation, and robust governance.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise IT leadership, including cloud technologies, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, service delivery, governance, and managing cross-functional global teams.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's enterprise-wide IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead global IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Information Security, IT Service Delivery, and Governance functions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through AI, automation, and cloud-first technologies.
- Manage enterprise IT infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, storage, and endpoint management.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, governance frameworks, risk management programs, and compliance initiatives.
- Lead Security Operations, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and Cyber Essentials.
- Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Desk operations, SLA management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and IT Operations teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business Leadership teams to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.
- Manage third-party vendors, managed service providers (MSPs/MSSPs), software licensing, technology contracts, and IT budgets.
- Drive AI governance initiatives and establish best practices for the secure adoption of Generative AI technologies across the organization.
- Prepare executive-level technology roadmaps, security reports, budgets, KPIs, and strategic presentations for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Information Technology, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise IT Leadership.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience leading enterprise IT teams in managerial or director-level roles.
- Strong experience developing enterprise IT strategies and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Deep understanding of Information Security, Security Operations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust Architecture, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response.
- Experience implementing IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) programs.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Network Security, Endpoint Security, and Security Monitoring.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and ITIL-based service management frameworks.
- Experience working within a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) environment, including security operations, client security services, and operational delivery.
- Experience leading enterprise client onboarding, infrastructure transitions, security implementations, and service onboarding.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, FinTech, Professional Services, or Global Enterprise organizations.
- Experience with AI Governance, AI Security, Automation, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Automation Anywhere, Generative AI, and enterprise automation platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience working within highly regulated, global enterprise environments.
