We are seeking a strategic Assistant Purchasing Manager to oversee and optimize our organization’s procurement activities. As a purchasing manager, you will develop and execute purchasing strategies, negotiate with vendors, manage supplier relationships, and analyze market trends to get the best deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Source and procure needed materials, equipment, goods, or servicesEvaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, etc.Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliersAnalyze price proposals and market conditionsManage relationships with suppliers and resolve any issuesTrack key metrics related to procurement operationsForecast upcoming demand and supply needsImplement procurement best practices and policies
Requirements:2+ years experience in purchasing or procurementKnowledge of sourcing, negotiating, and supply chain conceptsAbility to analyze data and trends to drive strategyStrong vendor management and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDegree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
