Trinity International Tours and Travels is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the finance and accounts department with daily accounting activities while gaining valuable practical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
- Help prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support bank reconciliation and data entry.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
- Support the finance team with other administrative and accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
