Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Placement Trainer to evaluate, mentor, and ensure the job readiness of our students across all centers. In this role, you will analyze student performance through rigorous mock interviews, conduct regular training sessions, design targeted interventions for students needing extra support, and travel monthly to our various branch locations to maintain consistent training standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Placement & Soft Skills Training: Schedule and deliver high-impact training sessions covering communication skills, resume building, interview etiquette, group discussions, and aptitude prep.
● Mock Interview & Performance Analysis: Conduct branch-wise mock interviews, systematically evaluate student performance, and categorize students based on job readiness (e.g., Placement Ready, Intermediate, Needs Support).
● Targeted Student Support: Design custom intervention plans and remedial coaching for students requiring additional assistance to meet placement standards.
● Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Continuously assess student skill gaps and partner with domain instructors to align soft skills training with industry expectations.
● Multi-Branch Visits: Conduct monthly onsite visits to all centers to perform live training, audit local student readiness, and align center teams with placement goals.
● Placement Team Alignment: Work closely with the placement team to match candidate profiles with upcoming company hiring mandates and specific job descriptions.
● Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed branch-wise performance metrics, attendance, mock interview scores, and post-training improvement reports for management review.
Required Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Placement Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or Campus Recruitment Specialist preferred.
● Evaluation Skills: Strong ability to assess interpersonal, technical, and analytical abilities objectively during mock interviews.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to command a classroom and mentor students effectively.
● Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in tracking candidate data, categorizing skill levels using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, and generating actionable reports.
● Mobility: Willingness to travel monthly across designated branch centers.
Preferred Qualifications
● Graduation in Psychology / MSW / MBA preferred.
● Familiarity with modern AI tools or automated platforms used for resume screening and interview preparation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
