Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across target industries.
- Research prospective clients and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and follow up until deal closure.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Identify relevant industry events and coordinate company participation.
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns and event participation.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for brochures, presentations, case studies, and promotional material.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, webinars, and product launches.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Technical & Product Understanding
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
- Explain technical concepts to customers in a simplified business-oriented manner.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand new product features and capabilities.
- Assist in preparing technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Technical Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in technology may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling technology products or engineering solutions.
- Exposure to IoT, MedTech, Industrial Automation, Automotive, Telecom, or SaaS products.
- Experience attending exhibitions, trade shows, or B2B networking events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of proposal creation, tender participation, and solution selling is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,401.37 - ₹17,450.93 per month
