About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and coordinating participants for corporate events, workshops, seminars, promotional campaigns, and networking programs. Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit participants through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain a participant database.
- Contact participants to confirm registrations and attendance.
- Explain event details, schedules, and participation guidelines.
- Coordinate with the event management team to ensure participant availability.
- Maintain daily reports on registrations, confirmations, and attendance.
- Resolve participant queries professionally and promptly.
- Support event execution and coordination whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Ability to achieve participant registration targets.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
