About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Façade Designer to support our design team in the preparation of technical drawings, project documentation, and façade design deliverables. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals seeking to build a strong foundation in façade engineering and design.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrawing & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing façade drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior designers.
- Update and revise drawings based on project requirements and design reviews.
- Support the development and maintenance of project documentation.
Technical Learning & Application
- Learn and apply project specifications, industry standards, and engineering principles related to façade systems.
- Develop knowledge of building codes, façade materials, and construction methodologies.
- Support design development activities while gaining practical project experience.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and project teams to support ongoing projects.
- Organize and maintain design files, records, and project correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating design information and project documentation.
Quality & Compliance
- Perform basic quality checks on drawings and documents before submission for review.
- Ensure adherence to established drafting standards and project requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in design, drafting, façade engineering, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and a keen interest in façade design are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software is mandatory.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Eagerness to learn advanced design and modeling tools.
