Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Manager with a strong background in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing import and export shipments, coordinating with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents. The candidate must possess excellent email drafting, business communication, and client coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Air Freight and Sea Freight operations.
Handle Import & Export shipment documentation and execution.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, and Delivery Orders.
Draft professional emails and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and international partners.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely shipment updates.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Maintain shipment records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Experience:
- frieght forwarder: 5 years (Preferred)
