Position: US Dispatcher / Load Booking Specialist
Experience Required: Minimum 2 year in the US-based trucking industry
Key Skills:Proven experience in load booking and negotiating with brokers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong email writing and reporting abilities
Ability to manage multiple loads and prioritize effectively
Capability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Book loads from load boards and brokers efficientlyNegotiate rates and secure profitable freightCommunicate effectively with drivers, brokers, customers, and internal team membersMonitor load status and ensure on-time pickup and deliveryPrepare and send clear, concise emails and updatesStay updated with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practicesCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
