Job Title: Customer Relations Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Maintain customer records and update data in MS Excel.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in customer service, front office, telecalling, or customer support are preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
