Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor development, production planning, and material availability to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics functions
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Procurement teams
- Oversee demand forecasting, material planning, and supply scheduling
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Prepare MIS reports, inventory reports, and supply chain analytics
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes
- Inventory planning and logistics management expertise
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech / MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 8–15 years of experience in supply chain and procurement functions
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, consumer electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial manufacturing
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, import/export processes, and supplier development
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
