About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, travel coordination, facility management, vendor relationships, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess strong coordination skills, and ensure smooth office functioning while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate and book domestic travel (air, rail, bus, and hotel) as per company policy.
- Liaise with travel vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective bookings.
- Handle travel changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain monthly Travel MIS reports.
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure seamless office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, pantry, meeting rooms, reception, and common areas.
- Conduct regular office inspections and coordinate issue resolution.
Facility Management
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure timely renewals.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve facility-related issues.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Verify vendor invoices, maintain payment records, and coordinate invoice processing.
IT Asset & Administration
- Maintain IT asset inventory and records.
- Track asset issuance, returns, transfers, and disposals.
- Create and manage official email accounts for new joiners and employee exits.
MIS & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain:
- Travel MIS
- Petty Cash MIS
- Vendor Payment Tracker
- AMC Tracker
- IT Asset Register
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Petty Cash Management
- Maintain petty cash records and supporting bills.
- Verify expenses and prepare reconciliation reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Administration, Office Operations, or Facility Management.
- Experience handling travel bookings and vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of office administration and facility management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
