- Cyancare Therapeutics India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our growing team in Kasia, Kushinagar.
In this field sales role, you will be responsible for promoting our range of Pediatric, Gynecological, and General Medicine products across your assigned territory. You will build relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), chemists, and stockists to drive prescription generation and market coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Calls & Detailing: Conduct regular daily field visits to doctors and healthcare professionals to detail products, present promotional material, and generate prescriptions.
- Chemist Visits: Build strong retail networks by visiting chemists to track prescription flow, ensure product availability, and collect Personal Order Bookings (POB).
- Stockist Management: Coordinate closely with stockists and distributors to ensure smooth stock supply, timely order execution, and stock inventory management.
- Territory & Route Planning: Execute effective daily beat/tour plans to cover targeted doctors, hospitals, retail chemists, and stockists efficiently.
- Market Intelligence & Reports: Track competitor activities, monitor market trends, and maintain Daily Call Reports (DCR) as per company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in pharmaceutical sales.
- Freshers: Energetic freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in pharma sales are welcome to apply.
- Education: Graduate/Diploma (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc, or B.A./B.Com with relevant sales aptitude preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building capability, and high negotiation power.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake daily field travel across Kasia and surrounding areas. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
