Key Responsibilities:Solution Architecture & Design:
Craft and develop Agentic Automation solutions using RPA (UiPath), AI Agents, LLMs, and Generative AI.
Design complete end-to-end automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Define scalable, reusable, and secure solution architectures that align with business goals and technology strategies.
Collaborate with collaborators to understand business challenges and design automation solutions accordingly.
Technical Expertise & Implementation:
Provide technical leadership in the integration of AI and automation tools within existing workflows.
Work with UiPath (RPA), AI/ML models, cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Azure), and APIs to develop intelligent automation solutions.
Evaluate and recommend AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Gen AI) for automation use cases.
Ensure automation solutions follow industry standards for security and compliance.
Proof of Concept (PoC) & Innovation:
Lead the development of Proof of Concepts for automation use cases to assess feasibility and value.
Work closely with AI/ML engineers and developers to iterate and refine automation capabilities.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, LLMs, and automation to drive innovation.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
Collaborate with business collaborators, developers, and AI/ML engineers to implement automation solutions.
Mentor junior and senior developers, ensuring adherence to standard methodologies in automation and technology workflows.
Required Experience & Skills:
Extensive experience in Automation Solution design, with a strong emphasis on UiPath RPA and AI-based automation.
Hands-on experience integrating AI (LLMs, AI Agents, Gen AI) with automation workflows.
Proficiency in crafting agentic automation architectures that leverage AI for decision-making and process optimization.
Strong expertise in UiPath, including Orchestrator, AI Center, Action Center and Document Understanding.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks, or similar) for automation and AI deployment.
Strong knowledge of Python, Power Automate (optional), and APIs for AI and automation integration.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
