Staff Nurse

PALGHAT POLYCLINIC HOSPITAL is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while maintaining professional nursing standards and ensuring patient safety.
Key Responsibilities :
>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical conditions.
>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
>Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
>Provide health education and emotional support to patients and their families.Ensure infection control practices and hospital protocols are followed.
>Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient care.Respond promptly to medical emergencies and patient needs.Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-friendly environment.
Qualification & Requirements :
>B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Nursing from a recognized institution.
>Valid Kerala Nursing Council (KNC) registration.
>Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
>Good communication and interpersonal skills.
>Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
>Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient care.
