Duties and responsibilities
· This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Nestasia.
· You will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
· Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
· Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, Display management, Cashiering and Stock Management.
· Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy.
· Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
· Excellent communication Skill
· Ability to build report and maintain strong relationships with customers
· Strong sales and customer service orientation
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Proficiency in English and Hindi
· Experience in the home decor or artisanal crafts industry is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Pay: ₹20,720.52 - ₹35,885.03 per month
