Job Summary
Medicover Hospitals is seeking a qualified and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist (Pharm.D) to join our clinical pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy, enhance patient safety, and improve clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate medication prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Participate in multidisciplinary patient care rounds and provide evidence-based medication recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in a multispecialty hospital.
- Registration with the State Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical pharmacology knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Sound knowledge of medication safety and evidence-based practice.
- Familiarity with NABH standards and hospital accreditation requirements.
