Job Description:
We are seeking a disciplined, responsible, and compassionate Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day management of our boys’/girls’ hostel. The ideal candidate is preferably from an Army / Defence background, with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety, security, and discipline in the hostel.
- Supervise students’ daily routines, welfare, and well-being.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Handle emergencies, conflicts, and student concerns calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with school administration, teachers, and support staff.
- Maintain records related to attendance, discipline, and hostel operations.
Requirements:
- Preferably Ex-Army/Defence personnel.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage adolescents with empathy and firmness.
- Prior experience in a residential school/hostel is an advantage.
