About the Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Media, PR & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong storytelling instincts with an understanding of audience psychology and a passion for self-development content. You will play a hands-on role across content creation, event support, partnership development, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to gather insights for developing engaging, high-impact content across platforms
- Design and develop self-development products including workshops, courses, and digital tools
- Analyze research data and translate findings into effective content strategies
- Write and refine scripts with a focus on psychological resonance and audience impact
- Use AI tools to support and streamline content creation and execution
- Identify, establish, and manage joint venture partnerships with schools and social organizations
- Travel 3 to 4 days when required to explore new markets and build on-ground opportunities
- Support public relations activities and contribute to overall business operations and growth
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events to ensure smooth delivery
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest or background in psychology, marketing, or content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Comfort with basic AI tools and a willingness to learn new platforms
- A collaborative mindset with experience or interest in partnership building
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Exposure to workshop or course development is a plus
