Team Lead – Tele Sales (Real Estate)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Team Lead – Tele Sales to manage and guide the telecalling team in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for lead management, team handling, client follow-ups, site visit coordination, and achieving monthly booking targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage the telecalling team effectively
- Monitor daily calling activities and lead follow-ups
- Generate qualified leads for sales managers
- Coordinate site visits with prospective clients
- Maintain CRM and lead status updates
- Train telecallers on pitch, follow-up, and conversion techniques
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Work closely with sales and digital marketing teams
- Prepare daily performance and lead reports
- Improve lead conversion ratio and customer engagement
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Tele Sales / Real Estate Sales
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of CRM handling and lead management
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge required
- Tamil and English speaking mandatory
