- Lead and manage the recruitment team.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and client coordination.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Create job posts and recruitment campaigns.
- Use ChatGPT, Canva, LinkedIn, and other tools for hiring activities.
- Track team performance, maintain MIS, and ensure timely closures.
- Train and mentor recruiters.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
