Patient care Assistant
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistants (PCA) to provide quality care and support to patients and senior citizens at home.
Eligibility:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / GDA
- Nursing Students can apply
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
- Basic Hindi , English & Bengali communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Provide personal care and hygiene support
- Help with mobility and patient comfort
- Monitor patient well-being and report concerns
- Support elderly and post-surgery patients
- Follow care plans and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Caring and patient-focused attitude
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
- Ability to handle patient care responsibilities professionally
