Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee beverages and oversee the coffee station
- Handle guest relations and order taking
- Manage billing and table operations
- Maintain beverage quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth shift handovers
Requirements
- Certified Barista
- Hotel Management graduates preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cafés, restaurants, or hotels
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
