Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations
- Manage overall day-to-day branch operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Accounts, and Administration.
- Maintain dealership standards as per Bajaj Auto guidelines.
- Ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
2. Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Increase retail and wholesale business.
- Develop fleet, institutional, corporate, and government business opportunities.
- Monitor enquiry generation, follow-ups, booking conversion, and deliveries.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and sales activities.
- Build relationships with financiers, fleet owners, transport operators, and local business associations.
3. Service Operations
- Ensure efficient workshop operations and optimum technician productivity.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), and first-time fix rate.
- Increase paid service revenue.
- Improve customer retention through quality service.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly.
4. Spare Parts Management
- Ensure availability of genuine Bajaj spare parts.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movement.
- Reduce non-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Conduct periodic stock audits.
- Achieve monthly spare parts sales targets.
5. Financial Management
- Ensure branch profitability.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and budget utilization.
- Review daily collections, banking, and outstanding receivables.
- Control operational expenses.
- Coordinate with Accounts for financial reporting.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Improve customer retention and referral business.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate branch employees.
- Monitor employee productivity and discipline.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and develop employee capabilities.
- Foster a positive work culture.
8. Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain branch infrastructure, security, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate HR activities including attendance, leave, recruitment, and employee welfare.
- Ensure compliance with Bajaj Auto dealership standards.
9. Reporting & MIS
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly MIS.
- Review branch performance against KPIs.
- Prepare action plans to improve business performance.
- Present performance reports to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in automobile dealership operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch In-Charge role.
- Experience in Commercial Vehicles / 3-Wheeler dealerships is preferred.
